More than 50 teams with over 350 participants from 8 nations competed in the RoboCup Senior from April 15 - 18, 2010. Unlike the previous years, this time the event was hosted by the capital city of Madgeburg.

As in 2008 and 2009, the GET Lab team participated in the rescue robot league. Expectations and the pressure to succeed were high - given a second place last year - and team members fervently worked on optimizing the interaction of software and hardware components to meet the conditions of the competition. Unfortunately, their performance did not suffice for a spot on the winner's podium.
